U23s and U18s Open League Campaigns Friday, 16th Aug 2019 14:26 Town’s U23s and U18s will get their Professional Development League Two South seasons up and running this evening and tomorrow morning respectively. The U23s face Hull City at the Roy West Centre tonight (KO 7pm) with first-team midfielder Jon Nolan perhaps in line to make his return to match action following his calf injury. Speaking at his press conference this morning, manager Paul Lambert said he hadn’t decided whether the 27-year-old, who was on the bench at Luton on Tuesday, would be involved: “Nolo is a possibility, he could play. I’ll see, I’ll decide.” The U18s, who returned from their Holland trip on Sunday having finished third at the SportChain Cup in Dordrecht, have a home game against Sheffield Wednesday at Playford Road on Saturday morning (KO 11am).
